Runes
RuneCore contains faction relics, tool runes and weapon runes. They add deliberately non-vanilla utility rather than simply copying enchantments.

Faction relics
Complete tactical items such as Raid Alarm, Atlas Shard and Vault Anchor. They are used directly and are not attached to equipment.
Tool and weapon runes
Augments that must match an equipment type and Major or Minor slot. Some are passive; active runes use right-click.
Permanent does not mean soulbound
The system does not delete the item at weekly reset. Normal inventory rules still matter: a withdrawn rune can be stored, dropped, stolen, traded or sold.
